In cases where customers receive cashback promotions or incentives, kiosk hardware remains the property of MyShop until full payment of the hardware is completed. Convenience Fees and Cash Discounts: The business reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to apply convenience fees for transactions processed through its systems or to waive such fees. MyShop shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages, service interruptions, or any disputes arising between this business and its customers. All customer interactions, inquiries, and claims should be directed exclusively to the business providing the service. Service Availability and Downtime: Occasional system downtime for maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may occur. Neither MyShop nor this business shall be liable for any resulting inconvenience or loss. Approval and Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service are authorized and enforced by the following MyShop entities: My Shop Technologies Ltd, Haifa, Israel My Shop USA Inc, Florida, USA My Shop Holdings LLC Services are provided in the United States and transactions are conducted in U.S. dollars. General Terms of Use: Users must be at least 21 years old to use our services. Registration requires accurate personal information including name, email address, phone number, and confirmation of age eligibility. Credit card details are processed securely by approved payment processors. The payment processor retains and manages your financial information subject to its privacy policy. Orders will only be processed upon successful payment verification by the credit card company. Returns, Cancellations, and Refund Policy: Products may be returned or orders cancelled in accordance with MyShop’s return policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Any product issues or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours; failure to do so forfeits the right to a claim.
